The millionth passenger through the Port of Dubrovnik arrived on 16th September 2015 on the cruise ship Thomson Majesty, two days earlier than last year.

Mrs. Anne Martin, from England, became the millionth passenger when she arrived with her husband Roger on Wednesday morning. She was greeted by the general manager of Dubrovnik Port Auhtority, cap. Antun Asić, and representatives of the City of Dubrovnik and the Dubrovnik Tourist Board.

The English couple were more than slightly surprised with the reception, especialy with the dance from a traditional dance ensemble.

Mr. And Mrs. Roger came to Dubrovnik 25 years ago and since then they have been to Dubrovnik several times on different cruises. Unfortunately, Mrs. Roger fell down an escalator two days before and broke her arm so she arrived in Dubrovnik with her arm in a cast, but with a smile on her face.
