On Friday 15 April 2016, General Manager of the Port Authority of Dubrovnik, Dr. Sc. Antun Asić, Capt. hosted an official visit to the Port Authority of Dubrovnik of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Croatia, residing in Budapest, H.E. Kanthong Unakul and counselor at Royal Thai Embassy Mr. Panom Thongprayoon.
During the meeting, they exchanged information on the prospects and potentials of enhancing cooperation between cruise ports of Phuket and Dubrovnik as one of the top subjects of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Croatia and the Kingdom of Thailand. It was concluded that there are significant opportunities for cooperation and exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices in the field of cruise tourism development. Participants of the meeting expressed their mutual satisfaction with the discussion and openness for future cooperation.
