On Friday 14 April 2017, Dubrovnik Port Authority welcomed the cruise ship Norwegian Star first time calling the Port of Dubrovnik. Norwegian Star is a 91.740 GT Dawn-class cruise shipoperated by Norwegian Cruise Line with 294-meter-length, 32.2-meter-beam and 8.2-meter-draft. The vessel was built by the Meyer Werftshipyard in 2001. Norwegian Star has a maximum capacity of 2,348passengers and 1.154 crew members.

Norwegian Star is scheduled for 29 calls of the Port of Dubrovnik in the period from 14 April until 30 October 2017.
