Seatrade Cruise Med is the cruise industry’s leading trade event for the Mediterranean region and its adjoining seas. Event was held at Lisbon Exhibition and Congress Centre, from 19-20. September 2018.
Hosted by the Port of Lisbon Authority and supported by MedCruise and Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the event features a showcase exhibition, conference and a full networking program.

This fair of the cruise industry was attended by representatives of the port authorities on a joint stand under the name "Croatian Cruise Ports", as a part of Med Cruise Pavillion. The Croatian Association of Port Authorities is an association of port authorities from Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Šibenik and Rijeka, which gathered together to create the Croatian Cruise Ports.

The Croatian coast is becoming an unavoidable cruise destination in the Mediterranean with more than 947,000 passengers and 691 cruise ship calls in 2017.

Whilst the conference area was busy, the showfloor was also vibrant with more than 2,700 attendees from 105 countries anticipated over the two days with plenty of exhibitor activities.

An upcoming event was presented in Lisabon; Dubrovnik will host the 4th edition of the Tourism & Strategy Festival from November 7-10, 2018, where the main theme is cruise tourism. This project is being co-organized by the City of Dubrovnik and the French sister city Rueil-Malmaison, in colaboration with Dubrovnik Port Authority.
