Inter-pass Project at the 4th edition of the Tourism & Strategy Festival from November 7-10,2018,  in Dubrovnik



Inter-pass Project had the opportunity to be presented at the 4th edition of the Tourism & Strategy Festival from November 7-10,2018,  in Dubrovnik, where the main theme was cruise tourism and focus on the opportunities and challenges that are encounterd on a daily basis by visitors from cruise ships.
These topics were  addressed by many of the participants, including representatives from Mediterranean destinations and ports, as well as prominent representatives of international cruise tourism associations, cruise companies and scientists. Some of the speakers were: Cindy D’Aoust, President and CEO of the CLIA Organization (Cruise Lines International Association); Airam Díaz Pastor, President of the Association of Mediterranean Cruise Ports and Chris Windsor-Price (Marella Cruises Marine Operations Manager).
Since the goal of the conference was to reach conclusions through an exchange of ideas, experiences, best practices and panel discussions, which will be integrated into the development of destination strategies, Inter-pass Project  shared its main objective which is  improvement of  intermodal connectivity between ports and airports in the Adriatic- Ionian area to optimize the flow of passengers, mostly tourists who are on a cruise journey and who visit tourist destinations on the Adriatic and Ionian coasts at the peak of the season.
