On the 8th of July 2014,  for the first time to Dubrovnik Port arrived Mein Schiff 3, cruise ship owned by TUI Cruises. His first voyage started on 22 May 2014 ,from the shipyard of STX Finland Turku in Finland, after 2.5 years of construction, worth 360 million euros. 

Next year is expected to be launched Mein Schiff 4. Both ships were built with environmentally friendly energy plans and energy-efficient solutions that reduce up to 30 % less consumption compared to other cruise ships of similar size. 

Mein Schiff 3 has length of 294 meters, a gross tonnage of 99,300, 15 decks, 1,253 passenger cabins and can accommodate 2,700 passengers. 

On his first arrival, General manager of Dubrovnik Port Authority ,Mr. Antun Asic, welcomed the captain Kjell Holm and the crew.
