At its session held on 18 May, the Governing Board appointed the current Acting Director, Zrinka Kulušić, as Director of the Dubrovnik Port Authority for a four-year term. At the Governing Board session held on 13 May, Jelka Tepšić was appointed Assistant Director. Zrinka Kulušić holds a degree in Economics and has thirteen years of experience in management and maritime transport operations. She has built her professional career at the Dubrovnik Port Authority, where she has served as Head of the Finance Department since 2004. In 2025, she was appointed Acting Director of the Dubrovnik Port Authority. Jelka Tepšić holds a degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Comparative Literature. From 2017 to 2025, she served as Deputy Mayor of Dubrovnik during the term of Mayor Mato Franković. During her mandate, she was particularly engaged in tourism, culture, and the international promotion of Dubrovnik, with a strong focus on sustainable development and the management of overtourism. Prior to joining the executive administration of the City of Dubrovnik, she worked in the tourism sector, including at the Dubrovnik Tourist Board.
